Everyone:
We will come right to the point. Personal food items placed in the refrigerator /freezer continue to turn up missing. Since this has now become a chronic issue, we will take appropriate measures to determine who is responsible for these negligent acts. Conveniences such as the refrigerator, microwaves, and vending machines, have been installed as courtesies, not as an obligation.
These careless acts have been met with disappointment in the office. Theft and dishonesty are violations of acceptable conduct and are cause for disciplinary action up to and including termination. Enough said!
